Returns
All sales are final and we are unable to refund items, so please contact us with any questions about our products before purchasing: shop@asianbossgirl.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@asianbossgirl.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
International Shipments
We are not responsible for international shipment routing, delivery, and tariffs/fees. Please contact your local postmaster general for details on delivery timelines, procedures, and added tariffs/fees, if any, within your country. Any additional tariffs/fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not wish to pay for these additional tariffs/fees, you can refuse the shipment (choose not to collect). However, please note that only the item(s) and no freight payment from the original order will be refunded.
