Milk tea habits, the eyelid types we're blessed with, a family culture of topics left unsaid...the experiences we bond over as Asian-Americans have always flown under the outside world's radar. But these little nuggets of familiarity that we're hungry to discover in one another, however frivolous, are evidence of a community that desires to feel connected, to feel seen. 

AsianBossGirl is all about championing confidence through conversation and that starts with accepting and celebrating every corner of our identities. With this merch collection, some of our shared experiences are illustrated as IYKYK emblems, graphic tokens for the once token characters who now star proudly in their own stories.
